A Physical Presence of HKU in Mainland China

The HKU Shanghai Study Centre was opened in 2008, as part of the University’s ongoing efforts to extend its teaching and learning beyond the territory of Hong Kong. It carries forward the university's vision to contribute to the advancement of society and development of leaders through a global presence, regional significance and engagement with the rest of china.


The HKU Shanghai Study Centre is located at the historical Post Office Building at the north end of the Sichuan Road Bridge, which spans over the Suzhou Creek.
